Random musings of a patchrobe carnivore gourmet
Welcome To Kent's North Carolina-Style BBQ Page
Since 1998, Your Definitive Source On The Web For North Carolina Barbecue Information, History, Culture & More! Hi, and welcome to my website about North Carolina-style barbeque. Below are reviews of North Carolina-style barbecue restaurants (both Eastern NC-style and Western NC/AKA "Lexington"-style); barbeque-related recipes; a public forum about barbecue; a history of North Carolina barbeque; and perspectives on what makes NC-BBQ so much of a regional cultural heritage as well as being merely food.
Because of the cultural as well as nutritional importance
of pork barbecue to North Carolinians, any additions,
corrections, comments, feedback, etc., will be graciously
accepted. Send them to my email at:
kent@hkentcraig.com

sandwich, a little over double what you pay for similar items at almost any
place located within the geographic territory of the Carolinas, but hey,
it is New York City!
